Slow Braised Beef Ragu with Mafaldine!

With the weather the past few days, you may feel like

“Winter Is Coming”

But just put your faith in the Crows, and seek sustenance.

Overnight braise beef chuck in red wine and tomato,

spiced with juniper berries and black pepper, should do the trick.
