Love your introductions! Reminds me of my favorite restaurant in Italy! Ristorante Anna in Piancastagnaio, Toscana. The village of chestnuts at the base of Mt Amiata.

Just heard of your James Beard nomination and am totally rooting for you! I thank you and the Il Corvo team for the amazing pasta experience. It is always spectacular. Although I am unable to enjoy your pasta as often as I would like (due to the obstacle of job-related distance), I love reading the daily posts. Thanks again and best wishes.
