Gnocchi! and… uhm, actually opening May 2nd!

So I realized that a month ago, when I said I’d be opening May 1st, for some reason , at the time  – I was pretty sure that was a Monday.

Well, turns out it is actually May 2nd that falls on the Monday of my grand opening-  I blame Brunello di Montalcino -he always leads me astray 

Otherwise, tonight, it seams all of my pasta tools now live at Il Corvo – but as long as you have a fork and potatoes, you’ve got gnocchi.tossed with pancetta and kale – with a nice grilled pork chop on the side.
